We are looking to add a Program Operations Manager to our UK team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll lead complex program launches, optimize performance for growth and retention, and build lasting relationships with both customers and operator partners. Simply put—you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence at scale.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee and manage the operational delivery of a portfolio of Programs including client and operator performance management, acting as the day to day contact.
  • Maintain exceptional service levels, focusing on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across clients and operators in your region linked to KPI’s.
  • Become experts in ground transport, working with the Customer Success Manager to propose optimizations, to improve Program efficiency and net revenue.
  • Work closely with our operator partners who deliver our programs by building strong relationships with them to enable growth and scale.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of launch implementation.
  • Responsible for Operational Performance and Service Execution across sites in the region.
  • Manage the change request process with Service Delivery and Support teams.
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with the Customer Success Manager to ensure all P&L is aligned across operators and clients at month end.
  • Travel to various client sites and operator partners
Who You Are:
  • Proven record of building relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven, with key performance indicator examples of accountability and management.
  • Able to demonstrate organised, structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Proactive communication skills when in a team environment
  • Ability to work individually with examples of work out in the field.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and change priorities effectively in a complex, fast-paced business environment.
  • Creative, driven, resilient, proactive and motivated to try new things. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail with examples of monitoring and responsibility over data or compliance in a rigorous environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in passenger transport, compliance or being part of growing a startup.
  • Demonstrated examples of performance management of clients, services or partners and understanding / experience in compliance and administration.
