The role 
Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

Location: Amsterdam or UK (Hybrid or Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to help scale a high-performing global recruiting function. This role focuses on process optimization, reporting, and candidate experience, partnering directly with vertical recruiting leaders (Tech, GTM, Product, and G&A) to drive operational excellence across all hiring teams.
You’ll ensure our recruiting programs, insights, and processes work seamlessly across verticals—enabling recruiters and hiring managers to move faster, make better decisions, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain global TA reporting and analytics, tracking funnel health, speed, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Map and continuously improve recruiting processes to drive consistency and scalability across verticals.
  • Partner with the TA tools owner to align process design with systems (Greenhouse, HiBob, Metaview, GoodTime, SHL, Survale, LinkedIn).
  • Lead candidate experience programs informed by Survale feedback and other data sources.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and TA leaders to align candidate touchpoints and messaging globally.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in TA Operations, Program Management, or Recruiting Excellence.
  • Proven track record improving recruiting processes and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for enabling recruiting teams to deliver a world-class candidate experience.
