Job Description

As a Program Manager at VusionGroup, you will play a pivotal role in leading key strategic programs for our top customers in the UK and Ireland. You will manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of customer solutions and services, driving optimal return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs, aligning with the goals of top-tier customers. 
  • Program Leadership: Oversee the program team, ensuring that customer solutions and services are delivered on schedule and meet specifications, maximizing ROI for VusionGroup.
  • Program Development: Define program scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and create a comprehensive program plan that includes risk management strategies, budgeting, and performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Create detailed task assignments and activate escalation protocols as needed to address issues proactively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to exceed customer expectations and achieve business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Take the lead in initial risk assessments and mitigation planning, continuously monitoring risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Budget Accountability: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with established business goals and objectives.
  • Lessons Learned: Implement a process for capturing and analyzing lessons learned from each program, conducting internal reviews with the delivery team to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

  • Previous significant experience in a similar role within a fast-growing company in ICT industry
  • Knowledge of the retail industry is a strong asset
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, and organization
  • Experience in managing stakeholders of all level, both internal and external
