Job Description

Within the client department of the digital center, they offer custom-made software solutions. With new technology stacks defined, they need to move ~150 applications away from old technology onto new platforms. This could either lead to another custom software solution or into a standard, possibly off-the-shelf solution.

The Program Manager role with strong experience in managing large programs and working with multiple stakeholders will need to manage dependencies internal and third-party external as well, the individual would need to be dynamic in managing these dependencies and make the program successful.

  • Responsible for Project and program management, expectation, and stakeholder management
  • Keep all the planning up to date.
  • Create transparency on program status.
  • Monitor program KPIs.
  • Highlight critical path(s)
  • Budget and Resource planning support
  • Prepare presentation content and other media for committees and other events.
  • Interact with product owners to prepare migration projects.
  • Manage MS Teams channel(s) and data structure.
  • Update PPM (SAP Project Management Tool)
  • Responsible for Risk management & dependency management.
  • Responsible for envisioning program success anticipate issues/failure in plans and be able to create a successful mitigation strategy.
  • Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
