About you:
HiBob is seeking an experienced Talent & Learning Professional Services Engineer (PSE) to join our Customer Success Engineering team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating a close relationship with the Product team, and gain a technical understanding of the Talent & Learning platform functionality. Your deep expertise will make you a pivotal resource in driving successful implementations and ongoing client satisfaction.
As a Talent & Learning PSE, you'll be at the forefront of our client engagements, providing technical solutions and hands-on support throughout the Talent & Learning lifecycle. You will work closely with clients' HR-Admins, as well as HiBob's internal Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams.
In addition to your technical expertise, you are a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You value teamwork and actively contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual support within the Customer Success Engineering team.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in London who are willing to work in our London office at least two-three days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

  • At least 2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as implementation manager, customer engineer or solutions engineer.
  • Has the ability to relay technical information to both internal teams and non-technical customers
  • Strategic thinking, with excellent technical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong customer success orientation with a focus on understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the implemented solutions.
  • Proactive and strategic approach with the ability to work with the right sense of urgency and find creative solutions independently and while collaborating with the team.
  • Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, adaptability and ownership skills. Willingness to work in a fast faced environment.


Bonus

  • Industry Experience within HR or HR Tech implementation
  • SaaS Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS business model and experience working with subscription-based products.
  • Experience with LMS/Learning solutions and Talent platforms
  • Experience with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Asana is an advantage
