What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the ultimate trouble-solver and customer advocate, directly guiding users through our powerful desktop and mobile applications. You will have the unique opportunity to receive full software suite training from day one, build deep technical expertise in emerging AI and field-to-office technology, and make a direct impact on how the world builds.


Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary, friendly point of contact for clients via phone and email to turn technical issues into seamless solutions.

• Guide construction professionals through desktop and mobile software workflows with clarity and active listening.

• De-escalate complex customer situations using patience, empathy, and positive communication skills.

• Master our evolving software ecosystem and help continuously improve the overall customer experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion user feedback and adopt emerging technical tools.


Essential Skills & Experience:

• Clear ability to translate technical concepts into simple, accessible English.

• Strong interest and natural curiosity for mobile software, tablets, and desktop applications.

• Proficiency with core everyday digital tools such as MS 365 or Google Workspace.

• Active listening skills with an empathetic, proactive approach to helping people.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience or familiarity with emerging AI tools and software applications.

• Prior exposure to customer service, helpdesk support, or the construction and engineering sectors.

Location: Newcastle, UK (In-Office, minimum 4 days per week)
