What you'll be doing
Own end-to-end onboarding execution for SME ecosystem partners, service providers, and vendors-from initial intake through launch readiness
Coordinate risk and due diligence activities, including documentation collection, alignment across teams, and submission readiness
Act as the operational quarterback, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines across multiple partners simultaneously
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to maintain momentum and resolve blockers quickly
Build and maintain high-quality onboarding artifacts, including trackers, dashboards, and standardized SME documentation
Support remediation and issue resolution, driving follow-ups, evidence tracking, and clear closure of actions
Apply standard onboarding frameworks while adapting to different SME business models, use cases, and partner profiles
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in product operations, partner operations, vendor management, compliance, sourcing, or a related field
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organization and follow-through
High attention to detail paired with clear, confident stakeholder communication
A genuine interest in SMEs, fintech, platform products, or partnership-driven ecosystems
