We are looking for a Product Specialist to support the growth and success of our neurovascular portfolio in Calabria, Basilicata,  Puglia and Sicilia.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting sales, providing technical expertise, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and promoting Stryker’s Neurovascular portfolio in your assigned territory

  • Building strong relationships with physicians, surgical teams, and hospital staff

  • Providing product training, angio suite support, and technical guidance to healthcare professionals

  • Identifying new sales opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts

  • Organizing and participating in workshops, educational events, and congresses

  • Monitoring market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities

  • Ensuring effective logistics and distribution of neurovascular products

  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement marketing and sales strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a sales or product specialist role, preferably in medical devices or healthcare

  • Education: University degree or equivalent experience

  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Independence: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage a regional territory

  • Commitment to Excellence: Passion for delivering high-quality service and improving patient care

Location: Any major city in Calabria, Basilicata, or Puglia
Employment Type: Full-time
Field-Based Role: 80% travel within the territory
Operating Room Presence: 60% of time spent supporting procedures
