As a Global Solutions (Product) Marketer, you will be responsible for articulating the point of view and value proposition for Kyndryl’s consulting business across the globe, aiming to grow our market share. You will work closely with business leaders to define the positioning and messaging strategy, coordinating with various marketing disciplines and serving as a conduit into other parts of the organization, such as Offering Management, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Corporate Affairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in services marketing.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring our products meet market needs, and driving their success in the marketplace. Remote work with some travel abroad, and flexible hours to accommodate the global nature of this role. UK offices are located in London, Liverpool, and Warwick. You'll work with experienced industry professionals, subject matter experts, and marketers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Global Solutions (Product) Marketer, you are responsible for articulating the point of view and value proposition for Kyndryl’s consulting business, across the globe, in order to grow our market share. Product marketing is the externally recognized role regardless of whether responsible for marketing products, services and/or solutions.

This position will work closely with the business leaders for Kyndryl to define the positioning and messaging strategy. It involves coordination with the other disciplines of Marketing such as the Markets, Content, Campaign, Brand professionals and Alliance Marketers. Besides that, the Solutions Marketer is the conduit into other parts of the organization such as Offering Management, Sales, Sales Enablement and Corporate Affairs. The ideal candidate would have experience in services marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate Kyndryl’s point of view by combining the unmet needs of the target segment with a differentiated value proposition and describe how we deliver desired outcomes
  • Research and segment the market opportunity based on patterns of unmet needs and trends, understanding how we compare versus the competition (with Marketing Research & Analytics)
  • Understand the personas (buyer, influencer, user) of a buying cohort - Understand the customer, their journey, markets in which they operate and competition
  • Activate and enable the Marketing team to help bring the point of view to life
  • Create the prioritized stories and use cases and communicate them effectively to the business, identifying the best routes-to-market to serve those needs (with Sales & partners)
  • Message the value of Kyndryl’s solutions for customers - wherever they are - on a journey of business and IT transformation (with Content & Enablement)
  • Establish relationships with analysts and advisors, gather intelligence about the market to inform the strategy, build credibility and develop better insights about the personas
  • Experience & credibility of advancing the function through building new skills and innovative frameworks
  • Collaborating, influencing and driving alignment with cross-functional marketing, sales and product management (offering) teams
  • Evangelizing key differentiators, demonstrating relevance, and building advocacy
  • Creating content including customer presentations, website content, while collaborating on thought leadership and creation of marketing plans
  • Building a culture of transparency, openness, growth mind-set and innovation in the spirit of nurturing this into a high-performance team       


Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in the Technology Industry, specific experience with Service Providers
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Strategic thinking & good research skills along with the ability to synthesize.
  • Extremely results-oriented and creative collaborator.
  • Curiosity & problem solving
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to communicate effectively to influence/ prompt action of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities.
  • Deep Business acumen & domain knowledge
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
