Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Operations Manager at Zodia Custody.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Operations Manager to help us scale our growing Product lines and organization. This role acts as a crucial bridge between Product, Technology and Operational teams such as Finance; Client Services & Revenue Operations, ensuring Zodia Custody delivers value to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Product Planning:

  • Lead quarterly and monthly product planning cycles, track OKRs, and drive alignment across all product functions on roadmap priorities and timelines.
  • Drive alignment across product functions on roadmap priorities and execution timelines

Streamline Prioritization:

  • Collaborate closely with Product Innovation, to capture the incoming demand pipeline
  • Facilitate prioritization workshops and cadence meetings to help Product Managers balance core roadmap delivery with innovation initiatives
  • Provide structure and data-driven insights to support transparent and efficient decision-making across product teams
  • Maintain visibility of prioritized features and pilot projects, tracking progress and handoffs between Innovation, Product Management and technology teams

Optimize Operational Workflows:

  • Support product related processes such as digital asset or vendor assessments
  • Define and improve product-related operational workflows, including manual billing processes, incident handling, and SLA management
  • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations to coordinate billing-related process changes and escalations
  • Document and maintain playbooks and process documentation impacting product delivery and customer experience

Manage the Product Toolbox:

  • Own and optimize our product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence), ensuring consistent usage, and providing training and support to the teams

Enable Data-Driven Decisions & Launches:

  • Build and maintain product performance dashboards and launch readiness reports, coordinate launch calendars with Product Marketing, and monitor key operational KPIs to proactively address issues

Requirements

What You Need – Skills

  • An interest in digital assets
  • Proven experience in a Product Operations or technical Project Management / Scrum master role within a FinTech or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic planning cycles (e.g., quarterly planning, OKR setting) and complex project roadmaps. Strong organization, project and time management skills 
  • Hands-on experience improving operational processes, particularly those involving cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
  • A strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Proficiency with modern product management software such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Additional languages are a plus
