RemoFirst manages employees and contractors for Fortune 500 companies (e.g., Microsoft, Mastercard) and the best startups worldwide (e.g., TransferGo).

We are a team of 170+ people (and growing) hyper-focussed on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help our product team move faster, make better decisions, and scale effectively.

As a Senior Product Operations Manager at Remofirst, you’ll be responsible for the development and visualization of analytical reports based on internal and external data. You’ll keep up to date with the latest data technology and data management practices to adopt a data-driven decision making approach in organization. As part of the Product development unit of Remofirst, you will help our product team move faster, make better decisions, and scale effectively—by owning the processes, insights, and coordination needed to support great product development.

What you'll do:

  • Running the day-to-day operational rhythm of the team, including Product Reviews, Roadmap Reviews and similar.
  • Running our quarterly and annual product planning cycles, overseeing cross-team alignment, to ensure every team is pulling in the same direction.
  • Running the product team’s OKR setting and tracking, ensuring teams have the right goals and stay on track to achieve them.
  • Supporting hiring and team planning, ensuring we have the right people in the right spots, and the right teams in place to deliver our strategy.
  • Leading initiatives as required, driving with strategic analysis, impact assessment, and recommending paths forward.
  • Identifying constant areas of improvement within the product organisation, getting agreement for changes, and bringing them to life.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Support, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of data governance and documentation best practices.
  • Experience managing product data pipelines or analytics systems in a SaaS or tech environment.

What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Communication skills: Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities. You’ll often need to influence rather than instruct, showing empathy, understanding, and the ability to get things done without direct authority.
  • Planning and Organisation: You’ll be running multiple initiatives in parallel, so exceptional organisational skills and excitement for a dynamic workload are key.
  • Problem Identification: You’ll be expected to examine complex business situations, detect underlying issues, and investigate solutions systematically to improve or build efficient systems.
  • Analytical Thinking: As a critical thinker, you can interpret and challenge data effectively—spotting patterns, identifying insights, and extracting meaningful conclusions that lead to action.
  • Product Mindset: You understand how empowered, agile product organisations operate and can apply that mindset to optimise internal processes.
  • Bias to Action: You take ownership, keep momentum high, and find ways to move projects forward with minimal support or supervision.

Why work at RemoFirst?

  • Startup environment: RemoFirst is an early-stage startup. You have a voice that can influence, and grow rapidly. An opportunity to build a tech unicorn.
  • Growth opportunity: This is a chance to join an AI-forward company driving innovation through artificial intelligence. As Senior Product Operations Manager you're ensuring that the product owners, designers and engineers, have everything they need to succeed.
  • Direct impact: Your work will be at the center of how we grow revenue, support customers, and differentiate in the market.
  • Autonomy and Accountability: We value autonomy and accountability — there’s no bureaucracy or lengthy approval process. We prioritize speed and results to keep moving forward effectively.
  • Work for a Market Leader: Scale a project that counts market-leading companies like Microsoft, Mastercard, and more as happy customers.
  • Leadership visibility: Reporting into the Head of Product which means your projects will be strategic and business-critical.
  • Compensation and perks are great: Competitive compensation. 100% remote work.
  • Culture: You will get to work with some of the best colleagues coming from top tech companies. We lead with respect, kindness, and the right to fail. We value hard yet smart work. Diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.  As we grow and evolve, we welcome your input to help us define our culture further.
