We are seeking a talented Product Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for optimizing product development processes to drive excellence across the organization. You will play a critical role in facilitating product development processes, providing governance and visibility to effectively operate.

To do so, we require a passionate Product Operations Manager to develop, implement and optimize processes to standardize and increase efficiency in our Product Development.

This role will be critical in providing visibility into the value created from product development investments. A successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter, have a strong analytical background, product knowledge and have strong ability to influence others. This role will collaborate with senior Engineering, Data, Design and Product leaders and provide visibility to C-Suite executives.

A subset of specific responsibilities are outlined below, however the ideal candidate will join the team and do what it takes to get the job done with quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to delivery and iteration.
  • Develop and enhance standardized processes for product development operations, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for tracking product metrics, feedback loops, and iteration cycles.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the product team and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data to provide insights on product performance, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on product metrics and key performance indicators for leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • PMO, CAPM, Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Project Management, or related fields is required.
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with product, engineering, and business stakeholders required. Experience working in a media and advertising technology company is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and optimizing product development processes is required.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like JIRA.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
