The Product Mission Lead is accountable for owning a defined product mission end-to-end. This includes understanding customer problems, defining the roadmap, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, commercially impactful product outcomes. The role combines product management, product ownership, and business analysis, enabled by AI and modern tooling to maximise judgement, prioritisation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proven experience delivering B2B software products from concept through to release
  • Demonstrated ownership of product backlogs and delivery of clearly defined requirements
  • Strong customer-facing experience with evidence of commercial decision-making
  • Analytical capability to interpret data and validate product assumptions
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to produce structured, actionable documentation

Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Domain experience in ERP, distribution, automotive, rental, or field service
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled product features or applying AI in product workflows
  • Exposure to pricing and packaging models including usage-based or consumption models
