We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Global Marketing & Communications team to drive the creation and execution of marketing plans to convey ISS-Corporate market leadership.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the role’s main purpose is to implement the overall marketing strategy, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and driving competitive differentiation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ESG products in the fintech, and/or consulting sectors with focus on SaaS solutions.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Support the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver the overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on ESG products

• Own the development and delivery of product marketing support with a focus on effective storytelling for a senior corporate audience

• Work with subject matter experts to develop timely, relevant, and insightful content

• Own the delivery of physical and virtual events for supported markets as required, such as conferences and webinars

• Generation of creative ideas and tailored initiatives, to build our brand, drive sales and develop advocacy within the business

• Work closely with in-house wider marketing teams (digital and creative) to deliver marketing materials

• Write marketing copy (i.e., emails, collateral, etc.) that translates complex ideas into short, compelling messages

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role in the fintech sector with direct SaaS marketing expertise (minimum of 6 years)

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external messaging

• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

• Experience developing a regular flow of reporting that helps identify the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, service providers, and varying levels of management and stakeholders across the organization and demonstrate commercial acumen

• Experience in coordinating workflows with a team of graphic designers, video editors, and technical writers

• Ability to feed ideas into the business groups and marketing & communications team

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office
