The Sustainability Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of cloud-based sustainability reporting products, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry trends while managing cross-functional collaboration and product execution.

Leads the EMEA HR function and serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities include regional HR leadership, employee relations, employment compliance, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, M&A integration, change management, and leadership coaching. Owns the transition to global HR Shared Services, champions AI-enabled HR, supports responsible AI governance, and contributes to global HR strategy across a complex international organization.

Manage client relationships for sustainability and responsible-investment solutions. Provide training, platform support, research and methodology expertise, and assistance with DataDesk, screening, and reporting. Monitor satisfaction, manage queries in Salesforce.com, identify account risks and growth opportunities, and communicate market needs internally. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Research, Marketing, and technical teams to support client retention and adoption.

Evaluate and onboard cross-asset market data feeds, maintain and enrich reference databases, improve data QA, liaise with vendors, produce analytics and reporting, support product development and client requests across TCA, venue analytics and trade surveillance.

Leads the architecture, operation, and evolution of global multi-cloud platforms across GCP and AWS. Builds AWS landing zones, self-service developer platforms, CI/CD tooling, observability, automation, governance, and security capabilities. Supports enterprise AI transformation through platform services, guardrails, and operational patterns for AI applications and agentic workflows. Provides technical leadership during incidents, evaluates emerging technologies, mentors engineers, and drives reliability, cost efficiency, developer experience, and engineering standards across distributed teams.
