Provide client-specific corporate governance research and proxy vote recommendations for institutional investors in Continental Europe. Analyze public company disclosures, help clients develop and implement customized proxy voting guidelines and policy matrices, support client projects and calls, contribute to policy updates, collaborate with technology, sales, and account teams, and produce tailored reports and analyses.

Provide client-specific proxy vote recommendations and rationale based on customized guidelines; gather governance data from public filings; help institutional investors develop and implement proxy voting policies; produce tailored reports and policy gap analyses; support client projects, product/tech enhancements, and cross‑team client engagement, primarily for Continental Europe.

Lead product delivery for TCA and best-execution/surveillance platform: gather and refine requirements from compliance users and stakeholders, translate regulatory needs into specifications, prioritise initiatives, collaborate with development and data teams on models, participate in UAT and releases, document methodologies, support model calibration and optimisation, and deliver training and product documentation to maximise user adoption.

Evaluate and onboard cross-asset market data feeds, maintain and enrich reference databases, improve data QA, liaise with vendors, produce analytics and reporting, support product development and client requests across TCA, venue analytics and trade surveillance.

Design and backtest ESG, climate, and sustainability-focused index methodologies. Conduct quantitative research, manipulate large datasets, and support index construction using Python and SQL. Collaborate with data, product, and sales teams, participate in client projects to refine methodology, and contribute to new product development and sustainability research.

The Climate Data Scientist will enhance climate risk models, develop new analytical tools, and support financial entities in assessing climate impacts using large datasets and advanced methods.
