About the Role 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our ambitious product roadmap into compelling, benefits-led narratives. You will act as the bridge between complex technical capabilities and the commercial value they provide, ensuring our global partners and prospective clients clearly understand how the Ocado Smart Platform drives their success.

Taking full ownership of key product groups, you will lead a Centre of Excellence that empowers our commercial and partner-facing teams. You will work cross-functionally with senior product leadership and creative teams to build impactful visual stories and enablement materials that excite our partners and accelerate the adoption of new innovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal owner and subject matter expert for your assigned product areas.
  • Lead a Centre of Excellence to articulate product benefits and their role in driving partner success.
  • Maintain and update the external partner-facing product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product VPs and Directors to prepare partners for upcoming releases and launches.
  • Develop engaging, benefits-led content and communications for both internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with in-house creative teams to embed impactful visual storytelling into marketing materials.
  • Define the positioning and messaging for your products, creating comprehensive commercial enablement tools.
  • Manage internal product launches across multiple channels including the OSP Marketing Hub, Slack, and email.
  • Establish methods to track engagement and performance of product marketing materials to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive partner reference programmes to build success stories and case studies that support new business efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to distill complex technical products into clear, well-differentiated narratives.
  • Experience in a product marketing or similar role, acting as a subject matter expert for specific product areas.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with Product, Commercial, and New Business stakeholders.
  • Expertise in developing benefits-led content and visual storytelling to drive capability adoption.
  • Ability to own positioning and messaging development from concept to delivery.
  • Experience in creating and launching commercial enablement materials across various internal and external channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate internal dynamics and drive results independently.
  • A strategic mindset focused on tracking and improving the performance of marketing materials.
  • Experience in leading partner reference programmes and building impactful case studies.
