At Garner, we’ve developed a revolutionary approach to evaluating doctor performance and a unique incentive model that's reshaping the healthcare economy to ensure everyone can afford high quality care. By providing organizations relief from surging healthcare costs, we've experienced rapid adoption in the market and have more than doubled our revenue annually over the last 5 years, becoming the fastest growing company in our space. About the role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This person will play a critical role in driving revenue by owning major components of Garner’s product marketing agenda, including delivering a best-in-class customer advocacy program and supporting the development of our sales enablement toolkit. You’ll partner closely across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product to deliver world-class enablement tools, customer stories, and buyer-facing programs that help Garner’s solutions stand out. This role will be critical in helping to drive improved close rates and deal velocity for Garner.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do:
  • Build and scale Garner’s customer advocacy program, developing processes to identify, nurture, and activate client champions for webinars, events, and customer reference opportunities
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales to capture customer stories that illustrate Garner’s impact
  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive library of sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and toolkits
  • Partner with revenue teams to identify content needs and translate complex healthcare and product concepts into clear, compelling storytelling
  • Execute excellent content production workflows for consistent, efficient delivery of high-quality assets
What you will bring to the team:
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience including experience creating compelling sales enablement collateral and managing customer advocacy or reference programs for clients in B2B SaaS
  • Relevant persona and product experience in healthcare benefits and experience working with employer buyers, brokers, or healthcare partners is a strong plus
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into clear, motivating messages
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, an entrepreneurial mentality, and a bias for action
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • A passion for Garner’s mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system
Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $86,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
