At Garner, we’ve developed a revolutionary approach to evaluating doctor performance and a unique incentive model that's reshaping the healthcare economy to ensure everyone can afford high quality care. By providing organizations relief from surging healthcare costs, we've experienced rapid adoption in the market and have more than doubled our revenue annually over the last 5 years, becoming the fastest growing company in our space. To support our continued growth, we're expanding our team by over 50% each year, seeking exceptional talent to shape our unique, award winning culture (for example, USA Today Top Workplaces 2025) designed to cultivate teamwork, trust, autonomy, exceptional results, and individual growth that creates an inflection point in your career.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This person will play a critical role in driving revenue by owning major components of Garner’s product marketing agenda, including delivering a best-in-class sales enablement toolkit—creating high-impact assets and programs that empower our revenue teams and strengthen our position in the market. You’ll partner closely across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product to deliver world-class enablement tools, product narratives, and buyer-facing programs that help Garner’s solutions stand out. This role will be critical in helping to drive improved close rates and deal velocity for Garner.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do:
  • Own and execute the product marketing enablement roadmap, ensuring top priorities are delivered on time and with exceptional quality
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and toolkits
  • Partner with revenue teams to identify content needs and translate complex healthcare and product concepts into clear, compelling storytelling
  • Lead and optimize content production workflows for consistent, efficient delivery of high-quality assets
  • Build and execute broker and client advocacy programs to fuel case studies, webinars, and events
  • Work closely across our Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams, constantly looking for ways to improve the way we work together and drive improved close rates and deal velocity for Garner
What you will bring to the team:
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience and a proven ability to own the creation of compelling sales enablement collateral that drives conversion across the buyer journey for clients in B2B SaaS
  • Relevant persona and product experience in healthcare benefits and experience working with employer buyers, brokers, or healthcare partners is a strong plus
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into clear, motivating messages
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, an entrepreneurial mentality, and a bias for action
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • A passion for Garner’s mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system
Compensation Transparency:

The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
