About the role


As a Product Marketing Manager at Conduktor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our platform. You will work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our solutions resonate with our target audience.


This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, and an interest in data streaming or other data-related technologies.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product updates, collaborating with product management, sales, and engineering.
  • Helping to identify target market segments and create detailed buyer personas to drive product adoption.
  • Supporting product launches, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure a smooth rollout.
  • Writing clear, engaging messaging that appeals to both technical users and business decision-makers.
  • Working closely with the Product team to create sales enablement materials and training sessions.
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
  • Contributing to content creation, including blog posts, webinars, video demos, and customer success stories, to educate the market and generate interest.

What experience are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing within the tech or software industry, in a B2B environment.
  • Exposure to data streaming, data infrastructure, or enterprise software is highly desirable.
  • A strong technical foundation – you can understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with different audiences.
  • A proactive mindset – you’re eager to take ownership of projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product teams.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategy.
