Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of product marketing? The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving customer engagement and channel strategies while collaborating closely with Product Marketing. In this dynamic position, you will focus on developing and executing impactful channel marketing strategies, creating essential marketing collateral, and managing relationships with key partners to ensure their success.

What will you do
This role is integral to the delivery of integrated marketing programs for Channel Partners and core IR brands (Sabroe, Frick, MMC, and YORK). You will collaborate with Product Marketers, Digital Marketing, Content Development, and Sales to enhance brand reputation and achieve business growth goals. Are you excited to analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities? Will you work passionately alongside the sales team to align channel marketing efforts? How will you do it

  • Implement campaigns that enhance brand reputation and drive leads through social media and PR strategies.

  • Localize materials and execute launch strategies for new products.

  • Promote technology leadership through continuous strategies and identify regional trends.

  • Organize international trade shows and local events aligned with growth objectives.

  • Assist the sales team with effective NPI support.

  • Aid in developing annual plans and budgets, tracking expenditures.

  • • ROI Measurement: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide reports to stakeholders.

  • Support regional VOC planning.

  • Collaborate with agencies for program delivery.

What we look for

Required

  • More than 8 years in Channel Marketing with Product Marketing

  • Experience in B2B, commercial, and industrial business

  • Fluency in English language

  • Proven project management abilities.

  • Strong orientation and expectation management.

  • Thrive in a high-growth, evolving organization.

  • Navigate a matrix-managed structure effectively.

  • Action-oriented and committed to excellence.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems

  • Familiarity with Salesforce

  • Fluency in another EMEA language
