What’s the opportunity?

As a Product Marketing Manager at AppHub, you will be at the forefront of driving our product’s success in the market! You'll dive into market data, crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that stands out. You'll lead exciting product launches and empower our sales team with top-notch tools and resources. Your insights will shape our innovative marketing strategies, and your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure our products are promoted cohesively and effectively .We’re seeking someone with a strong product-led growth background who comprehends the customer journey from acquisition to in-product experiences. If you’re passionate about crafting impactful marketing strategies and driving product success, we want you on our team!

What you’ll do:

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and identify target segments to inform product strategies.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and consistent product messaging that differentiates our offerings.
  • Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches, and develop strategies to drive product adoption and revenue goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products, including creating sales collateral.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage a content calendar, and create high-quality content for various channels.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights that inform product development and marketing.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective promotion.
  • Advocacy and Thought Leadership: Build relationships with key customers and gather market feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Market Feedback Loop Consistently provides market insights and customer feedback to the product development team, shaping future features and improvements.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of product marketing experience
  • Ecommerce B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred, especially Shopify ecosystem
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
  • Advanced quantitative and deductive skills.
  • Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Quick learner on complex technical topics, translating them into clear, compelling messaging
  • Self-starter, ready to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Operates autonomously in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Effective collaborator across multiple teams
