Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to turn compelling narratives and hypotheses into measurable go-to-market activities: attracting technical professionals and buyers, and driving adoption of Computer across self-serve and enterprise audiences.

You'll define how a product area is positioned and brought to market, own the go-to-market strategy, and execute it across segments. We expect you to build the engine while staying deeply in the work, writing the messaging, running the launch, and reading the results yourself.

What you'll do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for launches and feature releases, owning the launch plan, ICP, value drivers, and coordination with product, design, sales, and demand gen.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation across segments, from solo sign-ups to enterprise buyers.
  • Build a measurement framework that gives clear visibility into expected outcomes and lets you track traction continuously: pipeline, sign-ups, activation, adoption, win rate.
  • Own the competitive narrative for your area (against horizontal AI, legacy CX/EX tools, and build-it-yourself alternatives), translated into battlecards and objection handling the field can use.
  • Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmap priorities through customer and competitive insight, and close the loop by feeding named asks from win/loss and customer calls back to leadership.
  • Support sales enablement with pitch narratives, competitive messaging, demos with objection handling, and case studies.

Who you are

  • A clear, sharp writer. You can explain a complex feature in a subject line and hold a room with the strategy behind it.
  • Strong at positioning: you look at a segment and a product moment and know which story will land, and you bring a point of view, not just execution against a brief.
  • An experimenter. You develop and test hypotheses on channels, messaging, and value propositions, treat every launch as a test with a clear outcome you can read, and iterate fast.
  • Someone who dives deep on the numbers. You track the KPIs that matter, understand what's moving and why, and turn the insight into the next action, not a deck that sits in a drive.
  • Biased toward shipping and iterating quickly over long planning cycles.
  • Able to build cross-functional trust and manage senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • You get energy from building from scratch, and have a hacker mentality.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in product marketing, growth, or developer marketing for a technical or enterprise audience.
  • A track record of customer-facing content, campaigns, or messaging you can speak to in detail and tie to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience owning end-to-end product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Comfort with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to drive decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, prioritization, and program management.
  • Background in, or strong interest in, AI-powered products.

What sets you apart

  • You use gen AI tools daily and ship content with them. You're in every new model the week it drops.
  • Experience with A/B testing and customer research methodologies.
  • A track record of leading successful product launches across multiple markets or segments.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
