Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Marketing Specialist to help drive the growth, adoption, and market success of Kleos, the leading cloud-based practice management solution for law firms across Europe. Are you someone who enjoys translating product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions? Can you turn customer needs, product innovations, and market insights into impactful marketing campaigns and content? And do you enjoy working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to bring new capabilities to market? Then we would love to talk to you!

The role:

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Kleos across European legal markets. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to bring new capabilities to market, strengthen customer engagement, support customer acquisition and retention, and drive product adoption.

You will develop a strong understanding of our product, customers, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Based on these insights, you will help position Kleos effectively in the market, translating product features and innovations into compelling customer value propositions, marketing content, and sales enablement materials.

An ability to understand and communicate our product’s value in a way that resonates with legal professionals and clearly demonstrates how Kleos helps law firms improve efficiency, profitability, and client service will be critical to your success.

In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting product launches, developing marketing content, executing awareness and demand generation campaigns, and helping customers realize value throughout their lifecycle. Ultimately, your goal will be to strengthen Kleos’ position as a trusted partner for law firms navigating digital transformation and the evolving legal technology landscape.

Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence: Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Analyze market trends, customer expectations, and competitive developments to support business decisions.

Product Positioning: Partner with Product Management to develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging that translates product features and innovations into compelling customer value propositions. Help communicate how Kleos addresses the needs of solo, small, and mid-sized law firms.

Content Creation: Create and maintain high-quality customer-facing content across digital channels, product pages, email campaigns, webinars, and sales channels. Develop impactful assets such as ROI narratives, testimonials, case studies, presentations, value messaging, and sales enablement materials.

Campaign Enablement: Support the development and execution of integrated product marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and adoption. Contribute to product launches, feature releases, seasonal campaigns, webinars, events, content marketing initiatives, and partner programs.

Demand Generation & Product-Led Growth: Support customer acquisition initiatives and trial conversion programs through targeted product marketing activities. Help optimize customer journeys and encourage engagement throughout the funnel.

Performance Metrics: Analyze campaign performance, product usage data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing outcomes. Regularly update management teams with reports and provide context and key takeaways on product marketing initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing teams. Provide customer, market, and product insights that help maximize product impact and ensure alignment across the organization.
