Product Marketing Manager
We're hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to define and defend the competitive position of ZAIDYN Personalization, at the center of one of the most contested categories in life sciences software. This category is being fought over from every direction: horizontal platforms like Veeva and Salesforce building into personalization from CRM and content, focused specialists like Aktana pushing deep on next-best-action, and large pharma weighing whether to build these capabilities in-house rather than buy. Salesforce's recent agreement to acquire Contentful is the clearest signal yet that the market is consolidating around exactly the personalization-plus-content thesis ZAIDYN Personalization already delivers natively for life sciences, already helping clients cut content release time to as little as 5 to 7 days and lift customer engagement by up to 50%. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a category gets defined, not just how a product gets marketed.
You'll own positioning, launches, and enablement across two ZAIDYN product lines: Customer Engagement's real-time orchestration and next-best-action engine, and Content's compliant, MLR-native content supply chain, including its own Content Personalization module. Your job is to make the market see what's obvious once you look closely: these aren't two products that happen to share a roadmap, they're two halves of the same personalization stack, built for an industry no generic CRM or CMS can safely serve. This is initially an individual contributor role, with the scope, seniority, and visibility of one, and a clear path to build and lead a team as ZAIDYN Personalization grows.
This is a role for a strategic product marketer who thrives on competitive pressure rather than avoiding it, someone who can turn a crowded, noisy category into a sharp, differentiated story the market remembers. You'll combine product depth, creative communication, and competitive instinct to make ZAIDYN Personalization the category's clear answer for life sciences, not just another option in it.
What You'll Do:
Positioning & Narrative
  • Define and refine the ICP, buying committee, and buyer personas across sales, marketing, insights & analytics, and IT, along with the value architecture for both ZAIDYN Customer Engagement and ZAIDYN Content.
  • Set messaging hierarchy and buyer segmentation across both product lines, so every audience gets a clear, specific reason to believe.
  • Craft messaging that connects real-time engagement orchestration and compliant content generation into one coherent personalization story.

Competitive Positioning & Category Strategy
  • Build and continuously sharpen ZAIDYN Personalization's competitive positioning against horizontal platforms like Veeva and Salesforce and specialist point solutions like Aktana, translating technical differentiation into arguments sales can actually use.
  • Track competitive moves, including market consolidation like Salesforce's acquisition of Contentful, and turn them into fast, credible counter-positioning and talk tracks.
  • Guide strategic inputs to packaging, pricing, and category positioning decisions, helping define how ZAIDYN Personalization gets bought, not just how it gets described.
  • Make the build-vs-buy case, arming sales and leadership with the argument for why a life-sciences-native platform beats an internal build.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches
  • Set direction for launch planning and field enablement across both product lines, including prioritization and sequencing across releases and regions.
  • Align Product, Sales, Industry Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success around product marketing priorities tied to growth goals.
  • Establish success measures for launches and hold the bar on what "ready" means before something ships.

Sales Enablement & Adoption
  • Establish standards for enablement content: messaging frameworks, case studies, demo flows, battlecards, etc.
  • Lead enablement sessions for AEs and customer success to build field fluency and sharpen competitive storytelling in live deals.
  • Build advocacy programs with client case studies and outcome stories that prove the personalization thesis in market.

Storytelling & Evangelism
  • Represent the products internally and externally, through presentations, webinars, demos, and executive narratives, educating and inspiring audiences.
  • Ideate, script, and record engaging product demos and videos that show real-time personalization and compliant content generation working together.
  • Simplify complex concepts into accessible, memorable stories that inspire belief and adoption.

Customer & Market Intelligence
  • Build repeatable approaches for gathering market intelligence, win/loss insights, and field feedback into planning cycles.
  • Execute competitive and market research across the personalization and content management ecosystems to inform GTM priorities.
  • Stay ahead of moves from horizontal platforms and specialist competitors, shaping ZAIDYN's differentiation strategy before the market forces the issue.

What You'll Bring:
  • 10-12 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, commercialization, or strategic marketing, ideally in a competitive, multi-vendor category.
  • Deep knowledge of positioning, launching, and enabling B2B products, with proven ability to manage a portfolio of complex initiatives at once.
  • Strong commercial and market judgment, with a track record of turning competitive pressure into sharper positioning, not reactive messaging.
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills, able to align Product, Sales, Industry Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success around a shared point of view.
  • Experience creating scalable processes and improving team effectiveness, with the readiness to build and lead a team as this area grows.
  • Fluency in personalization, customer engagement, or content and MLR technology, or a track record of getting fluent fast in a new competitive category.
  • Understanding of AI and agentic AI concepts (predictive analytics, GenAI assistants, etc.) and how to turn them into business value.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life through content, video, and storytelling.
  • Collaborative leader with a bias for action and curiosity.
  • Fluency in English
  • Client-first mentality
  • Intense work ethic
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach

How you'll grow:
  • Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways
  • Milestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities
  • Internal mobility paths that empower growth via s-curves, individual contribution and role expansions
