Conducts market and technology research, evaluates emerging AI technologies, translates business needs into AI-enabled solutions, and presents recommendations to executives. Collaborates with technical and business teams, builds client relationships, contributes thought leadership, and mentors junior colleagues.

Lead bioinformatics strategy and execution across Discovery client engagements. Design and implement computational multi-omics workflows, translate biological questions into analytical frameworks, deliver client-ready insights, mentor junior staff, support business development, and help grow internal bioinformatics capabilities and thought leadership.
