Provides administrative and office operations support, including supply and equipment purchasing, meeting and event coordination, front desk coverage, vendor relationship management, and facility maintenance coordination. The role also assists with special projects, IT troubleshooting, correspondence, and general office tasks while maintaining a professional, organized, client-focused approach.

Lead bioinformatics strategy and execution across Discovery client engagements. Design and implement computational multi-omics workflows, translate biological questions into analytical frameworks, deliver client-ready insights, mentor junior staff, support business development, and help grow internal bioinformatics capabilities and thought leadership.

Own end-to-end talent acquisition for primarily technology roles, from market mapping and sourcing through offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on sourcing strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions. Build talent pipelines, manage ATS requisitions, track recruiting performance, improve candidate experience, and contribute to recruiting innovation, knowledge sharing, and strategic projects.
