About the Role:
Our Metals team is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the metals market to drive go-to-market plans, create sales enablement materials, and contribute to revenue growth.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with Product Management and Commercial leads to develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with the Metals objectives. Your role will be instrumental in growing market awareness, improving customer retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, market knowledge, and hands-on application of marketing strategies.

We value cross-functional partnerships with research, product management, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to deliver impactful strategies that drive customer success and business growth.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Refine Messaging: Develop and optimize differentiated, values-based customer value propositions and messaging tailored to target personas, industries, products, and solutions.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies & Campaigns: Create and execute go-to-market strategies, comprehensive marketing plans, and execute on campaigns to drive product awareness and develop marketing qualified leads.
  • Create Engaging Content: Produce high-impact marketing materials, including videos, infographics, brochures, and sales enablement tools like pitch decks and FAQs that map company capabilities to customer needs.
  • Enable Sales Success: Equip sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and training to effectively communicate product value.
  • Analyze Metrics: Track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives based on performance data.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product management and commercial leads to define product marketing strategies and sales enablement materials.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to build effective plans based on multiple inputs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across the organization.
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to lead across multiple departments and senior management.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Budget management, presentation skills, and understanding of modern marketing tactics.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience in Marketing or Product Marketing with metals or metals industry

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in Product and Solution Marketing.

• Achievement/goal-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, detailed, persistent, active listener, resourceful, influencer, can-do attitude.

• Vendor management experience.

• MBA or MS-Marketing.

• Experience in Commodities Markets.
