Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the world's largest asset managers as an ETF Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting innovative investment solutions across Europe, working with a dynamic and diverse team to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
As an ETF Product Marketing Manager within our European Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting both existing and new investment solutions across Europe. You will work closely with the Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) teams to understand product marketing needs, develop strategic product marketing plans, and execute go-to-market strategies. Your role will be crucial in using data-driven insights to maximize the reach of our solutions and promote business growth. You will also ensure that product marketing adheres to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with ETF teams to understand product marketing needs, develop strategic product marketing plans, and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive the ETF product marketing agenda for the region by partnering with ETF marketing and content teams to create and support high-profile, market-relevant product marketing campaigns.
  • Develop the use of data-driven insights to maximize the reach of our solutions and drive business growth.
  • Stay conversant in ETFs, the industry landscape, and product trends, including active ETFs, regulation, and sustainable investing.
  • Influence and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, regions, and distribution channels.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Previous experience in the financial industry with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Working knowledge of ETFs, sustainable investing, and mutual funds.
  • Prior experience liaising with both product and marketing functions within a regulatory and compliance framework.
  • Ability to build relationships, consensus build, and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and effectively track deliverables to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Open-minded, respectful, collaborative, and supportive of J.P. Morgan's diverse and inclusive culture.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in a global financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
