Position Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that position Agiloft as the definitive category leader in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Contracts AI. This role sits at the intersection of thought leadership, market intelligence, and GTM strategy and serves as a strategic partner to product leadership and GTM teams while bringing competitive context, customer intelligence, and market demand signals into roadmap, launch and content  decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver market intelligence to the business in consistent, structured formats enabling  product and sales teams to make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership strategy focused on the future of CLM and Contracts AI creating a point of view that positions Agiloft as a category leader.
  • Develop white papers, executive POVs, industry reports, contributed articles, and speaking frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales and Partner Enablement to produce win-based playbooks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive frameworks that shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • Create compelling go-to-market materials such as web content, product presentations, datasheets, white papers, and contributed articles calibrated to each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop appropriate content for demand
  • Manage product launches and new software releases, including positioning, messaging, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Lead analyst relations in conjunction with our analyst relations agency. Share analyst opinion with marketing, sales, product management.
  • Serve as an Agiloft evangelist by presenting at industry conferences, customer events, analyst briefings, and other internal and external events.
  • Work with SDRs and sales teams on product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop customer insight through various mechanisms and synthesize findings into actionable intelligence for product and GTM teams.
  • Help to define and refine market opportunity, ICP and persona profiles.  
  • Collaborate with demand generation to design high-converting programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day activities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of Product Marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of GTM strategy, competitive intelligence, or thought leadership programs.
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the contract management, legal tech, procurement, or sales operations marketplaces; familiarity with CLM or Contracts AI is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner across business functions
  • Analyst relations experience and expertise
  • Track record of developing structured market intelligence programs that drive measurable business decisions.
  • Experience building and owning thought leadership content and strategy that shapes category perception.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop content such as white papers, executive narratives, product presentations, and data-driven reports.
  • Experience managing product positioning, competitive analysis, and product launches.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across functions like sales and product management to achieve results.
  • Experience in market intelligence capture and build.
  • Experience in presenting and evangelizing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company with both PLG and enterprise sales motions.
  • Background in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market research functions.
  • Experience presenting at industry conferences or in executive-level customer and analyst settings.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered product narratives and the ability to make technical concepts accessible to business buyers.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
