We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead our Business Development team. In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute go-to-market strategies and guide the short-term strategic direction for designated product lines. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align product strategies with broader business objectives while delivering exceptional support to Littelfuse and IXYS UK customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and making a tangible impact on the business.

About the job:

  • Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and execute short-term strategies for assigned product groups, ensuring alignment with customer needs, budgetary requirements, and quality targets.

  • Lead and mentor professionals and/or managers to ensure team goals align with overall company strategy.

  • Tackle complex issues through in-depth analysis and conceptual thinking, keeping organizational objectives in focus.

  • Establish systems to collect metrics and analyze customer needs to drive continued growth and profitability.

  • Provide commercial insights — including pricing, forecasting, and budgeting — to support sales, product development, and marketing efforts.

  • Develop and drive go-to-market initiatives in close collaboration with sales and business development teams to deliver profitable growth.

  • Own the product line roadmaps and ensure successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Foster strong, positive relationships across departments to enhance communication and effective execution.

  • Travel internationally to support sales efforts, engage key customers, and reinforce go-to-market strategies.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.

About you:

  • Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a related MBA.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales or product marketing (preferred).

  • Deep knowledge of product management best practices.

  • Strong understanding of the power semiconductor market, technologies, and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail; foreign language proficiency is a plus.

  • Prior experience in the power electronics industry is an advantage.
