As we continue building a product-led organization, we are looking for a Product Marketing Director to define and execute the product marketing strategy that transforms innovative products into market success.
The Opportunity
As Product Marketing Director, you will own the strategic market and commercial layer of the product organization. You will drive market positioning, go-to-market strategy, pricing, demand generation, and sales enablement across a portfolio of technology products and solutions.
Working at the intersection of Product Management, Portfolio Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams, you will ensure that our offerings are differentiated, commercially successful, and positioned to accelerate growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Market Strategy and Competitive Positioning
Define the market strategy for the product portfolio, including target markets, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Establish a comprehensive market intelligence capability covering customer trends, competitor dynamics, regulatory developments, and emerging market opportunities.
Lead strategic win/loss analysis and market feedback mechanisms to inform business decisions.
Serve as the primary link between market insights and portfolio investment decisions.
Shape Value Propositions and Market Segmentation
Define customer segmentation strategies and target buyer personas.
Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions that clearly articulate customer outcomes and business value.
Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across geographies, business units, and channels.
Guide the evolution of offerings based on changing customer and market needs.
Drive Go-to-Market Excellence
Define and lead product launch and go-to-market strategies globally.
Establish scalable commercial models, packaging approaches, and offering structures.
Accelerate the transition toward productized and platform-based business models.
Drive market adoption and growth throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead Pricing and Commercial Value Capture
Own value-based pricing strategies across the portfolio.
Establish governance and frameworks for pricing, commercial models, licensing, and monetization
Ensure alignment between customer value, market competitiveness, and business profitability.
Partner on Strategic Growth and Major Pursuits
Lead market differentiation strategies for strategic bids and growth opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Leaders to strengthen win rates.
Support executive customer engagements and strategic account development.
Develop compelling narratives that position T.EN as a preferred partner.
Build World-Class Commercial Enablement
Define sales enablement strategies, tools, messaging frameworks, and market-facing content.
Equip commercial teams with the capabilities needed to articulate value and win in competitive markets.
Drive adoption of best practices in value selling and product commercialization.
Drive Portfolio Growth and Business Performance
Monitor portfolio market performance, adoption, and competitive positioning.
Identify new opportunities for market expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
Influence product roadmaps and portfolio strategy through data-driven market insights.
Establish a continuous feedback loop between customers, products, and portfolio decisions.
What You Bring
Experience
Extensive experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, commercial leadership, portfolio management, or business development roles.
Proven track record of driving growth and market success for technology-based products, platforms, or solutions.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market, pricing, positioning, and commercial growth strategies.
Strong understanding of industrial, technology, engineering, energy, or process-industry environments.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex matrix organizations.
