Assesses development concepts, execution strategies, costs, schedules, risks, operator work programs, budgets, production forecasts, and capital projects. Supports investment decisions, value assurance, HSE and ESG oversight, risk mitigation, optimization, and stakeholder engagement across joint ventures and partnerships.

Leads strategic advisory engagements focused on digital transformation, AI, analytics, and energy transition. Manages multidisciplinary teams, identifies AI and digital use cases, oversees analytics workstreams, develops client recommendations, and ensures project quality and profitability. Builds client relationships, supports business development, prepares proposals, develops thought leadership, and shapes new digital and AI advisory offerings. Coaches consultants and senior analysts while contributing to research, innovation, and market growth.

Provide operations readiness and assurance expertise across energy projects from pre-FEED through commissioning, startup, handover, and early operations. Responsibilities include defining readiness criteria, operational acceptance standards, ORM and asset-management strategies, maintenance routines, OPEX estimates, risk registers, and assurance processes. The role leads readiness reviews, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, supports commissioning plans, reviews technical documentation, and ensures facilities are prepared for safe, reliable operations while meeting regulatory requirements.

Designs, defines, and delivers subsea production systems across concept, FEED, execution, installation, commissioning, and operational support. Responsibilities include subsea architecture, equipment specification, control-system requirements, package management, technical interfaces, system integrity, vendor coordination, FATs, SITs, technical reporting, and client engagement. The role supports oil and gas developments as well as energy-transition projects such as CCUS, including greenfield and brownfield developments.

Leads UK communications and public affairs strategy, including internal and external communications, executive messaging, brand consistency, media relations, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, government relations, policy analysis, and public affairs campaigns. Manages communications budgets, agencies, vendors, digital channels, events, and a communications team while advising senior leadership and supporting the company’s UK energy-transition objectives.

Provide technical leadership for subsea pipeline, riser and tie-in spool design across project phases (pre-FEED to decommissioning). Perform mechanical analyses, check calculations, prepare and review deliverables, contribute to bids, represent the business in meetings, and support technology development and global coordination.

Contract design review engineers are sought for major 500MW-plus combined-cycle gas turbine power projects in the UK and internationally. Openings span mechanical, control and instrumentation, telecoms, electrical, civil and structural, environmental, social performance, fire safety, HSE, piping and layout, construction, commissioning, and materials disciplines. The work is based in the London office, outside IR35, with potential starts within one to two months. Applicants must have relevant large-CCGT experience and the right to work in the UK.
