Lead product positioning and narrative, create and produce launch campaigns and product content, enable sales with battlecards and one-pagers, build and use AI tooling, engage customers and represent the company publicly, and collaborate with Product to define feature value and customer needs.
The summary above was generated by AI

The finance function is broken. Everyone building for it is boring.

Fast-growing multi-entity companies get two options: duct-tape a Frankenstack, or surrender to a corporate ERP and its consultant army. Both are bad. Both are beatable. Beating them loudly is this job.

Light is the AI-native financial platform for modern companies. Fast to implement, intuitive to use, smarter every month. We call it organic software. Legora, Lovable, and Fuse Energy run on it. Product ships something worth shouting about every single week.

What we don't have is someone making a ton of fucking noise about it.

THIS IS NOT A NORMAL PMM ROLE.

Most product marketing jobs are maintenance: keep the messaging tidy, brief the agency, update the deck. This is the opposite. This is a founding hire for someone slightly unhinged. A person who sees a feature ship on Tuesday and has a video, a teardown, and a take live by Tuesday, made entirely by them and their agents.

You'll make a 110-person company the loudest thing in finance software. The product backs it up. Your job is volume, reach, and repetition until every finance leader in Europe has an opinion about Light.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.
  • Being the face. Camera, stage, feed, podcast, comment section. You'll front every launch and build an audience that compounds. Visibility isn't a perk of this job - it is the job.

  • Picking fights with the incumbents. Legacy ERPs are slow to buy, miserable to run, and boring to hear from. Teardowns, versus pages, stunts, benchmarks - make their customers restless.

  • Turning every ship into a moment. Nothing leaves the building quietly. You decide the angle, make the assets, and push it everywhere the buyer looks.

  • Arming sales. Battlecards and one-pagers sharp enough to close - generated, versioned, and updated by systems you build, not by hand every quarter.

  • Getting the story from the source. Talk to customers directly. Find the real ask behind the ask. Turn it into the line the market repeats back to us.

You'll report to our VP Marketing and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product. Nobody will check your copy before it ships. That should excite you, not scare you.

THE AI PART. READ THIS TWICE.

We don't want someone "comfortable with AI tools." We want someone whose AI usage is frankly a bit alarming.

You run agents you built yourself. Your prompt library is a product. You've automated the boring half of your own job and spent the freed-up hours making more noise. One person, the output of a ten-person team. It only works if AI is your default way of doing everything: research, drafts, video, versioning, distribution.

You'll get every tool we can buy and full permission to rebuild your workflow weekly. Just as Light gives finance teams superpowers, we expect you to be walking proof of what one person plus AI can do.

WHAT WE'LL ASK FOR.
  • The loudest thing you've ever made. A launch, video, post, or stunt that traveled far beyond the size of the company behind it. First question in the first call.

  • The strangest, most useful agent or skill you've built. We will ask for a demo, not a description.

  • Finance or accounting domain knowledge. Or the obsession to earn it in 90 days. We'll test which. You can't be the voice of the product without an ear for the customer.

  • Probably 5 to 8 years in B2B SaaS product marketing. Or a body of work that makes the number irrelevant.

  • The judgment to ship without sign-off. You won't get sign-off. There's no one to give it.

  • London or Copenhagen-based, with frequent travel to wherever the noise needs making.

THE GOOD STUFF.

🏢 In-office, five days a week, high talent density.
💸 Competitive salary.
🏝 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
🚀 Shape a category from the inside, not market around it.
🌍 Regular travel to Copenhagen, Munich, NY, Paris and wherever the action is.
🥳 Off-sites twice a year. The last one was in Italy.

HOW TO APPLY.

Send the loudest thing you've made and the weirdest agent you've built. A generic AI-written cover letter with no craft behind the prompt will be obvious - and is its own kind of answer ----.

If this reads as too much: it is.

Light is an equal opportunity employer.

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
