As a Product Manager, you will identify business challenges, translate them into product solutions, manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive user-centered design in an agile environment.
You will be part of the technology team, the engine room of the business, delivering bespoke systems that give CFC its competitive edge in a dynamic and fast-paced marketplace. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and solving real business problems by translating strategic and customer needs into actionable product solutions. You will work on high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support business growth and profitability.
You will take ownership of a defined product, managing and prioritising the product backlog in alignment with the broader product vision and roadmap. This involves working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, gather feedback, and balance competing priorities. Your focus will be on delivering measurable value by making data-informed decisions and ensuring product changes align with business objectives.
You will be responsible for defining features and epics, and breaking them down into testable, deliverable user stories that are clearly understood by the development team. You will support the design of customer-centric solutions, collaborating closely with engineers and QA to ensure requirements are well-defined and implemented effectively. You will participate fully in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous feedback and alignment across teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in product management within a dynamic and innovative environment, preferably in the insurance or fintech sector, and will be eager to step into a role with broad ownership, exposure, and opportunity in a growing business.

About the role
We’re looking for a product-focused professional who thrives on bringing clarity, alignment, and purpose to complex initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead stakeholder engagement sessions to shape and prioritise product requirements, ensuring a strong understanding of business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. You’ll take ownership of translating the “why” behind each epic and feature into meaningful outcomes, conducting robust analysis and producing high-quality documentation that drives informed decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll refine and prioritise epics, features, and user stories, ensuring backlog items are clear, testable, and ready for delivery within an agile environment.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining delivery momentum by owning a healthy backlog and actively contributing to agile ceremonies, from sprint planning to retrospectives. Partnering closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders, you’ll remove blockers, provide clarity, and ensure solutions are aligned with the intended vision. With a strong focus on value delivery, you’ll help ensure features meet defined KPIs and success metrics, coordinating testing and validation activities to guarantee quality and user satisfaction. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact, continuously iterating based on feedback and data insights to deliver meaningful, high-quality product outcomes.

- You are comfortable navigating both strategic and operational problem spaces, able to define the right business solution, whether it involves product development or not.
