The Job

As the Product Manager – Power Tool Accessories (DEWALT), you will play a key role in driving the success of our product portfolio by focusing on the Cutting and Drilling accessory categories across the EMEA and ANZ regions. Your responsibilities will include

Product & Portfolio Management

· Manage the full lifecycle of DEWALT Power Tool Accessories, from concept through launch to phase-out, ensuring timely market introductions and effective commercialization.

· Oversee sales analysis, SKU optimization, and inventory monitoring to maximize portfolio performance.

· Ensure the integrity and accuracy of product data and coordinate product changes, launches, deletions, and promotions.

Strategy, Planning & Analysis

· Support the development and execution of product strategies, aligning with Brand and Channel objectives.

· Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and inform strategic decisions.

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators, and support pricing and platform strategy with finance, marketing, and sales teams.

· Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap for regional teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with global teams (product, engineering, brand), the Group Product Manager, and product commercialization teams to ensure effective product launches and commercialization.

· Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop promotional materials and implement product modifications.

· Collaborate with the Brand team to drive new product development through designated launch process and ensure successful commercialization.

Customer & Market Engagement

· Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries across EMEA and ANZ.

· Represent the business unit at customer line reviews and support customer presentations and visits.

· Develop cross-selling opportunities and support training initiatives for sales teams and customers.

Process & Project Management

· Prepare and manage launch documentation, drive packaging requirements, and manage the phase-in/phase-out process.

· Consolidate and distribute advanced product information and launch packs.

· Participate in global business unit meetings and regular business rhythms.

· Identify and drive market research initiatives.

About You

· Experience in product management or marketing, including market and competitor analysis.

· Strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on product profitability and market pricing.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences.

· Ability to conduct product training and effectively demonstrate key features and benefits.

· Team spirit combined with a high level of autonomy.

· Fluent English; another European language preferred.

· Superior written and communication skills at all levels.

· Working knowledge of DEWALT systems and processes is preferred.

· Valid driving license.

· Solid academic background, degree level or equivalent (preferably in marketing, product, engineering, or finance).

· Proven experience managing product portfolio, channels and/or customers.

· Knowledge of the European market.
