Support Product Manager and cross-functional teams to launch and manage automotive hand tools globally. Lead NPD activities, track sales, manage lifecycles, conduct market research, create training materials, coordinate communications, and support inventory and roadmap optimisation.

Handle incoming customer and partner enquiries via phone, email, web and chat; resolve and log cases, perform administrative after-sales tasks, maintain accurate case records in Salesforce, build strong internal and external relationships, and develop product portfolio knowledge.

Support product lifecycle for outdoor products across EMEA and ANZ: research customer needs, assist with product plans, launches, go-to-market activities, and cross-functional coordination to drive portfolio performance.

As a Senior Category Manager, you will execute category strategy, guide product development, conduct market analysis, and align operations across teams for effective product management and growth initiatives.
