We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of the iPECS cloud communication platform into an AI-powered interaction platform, integrating UCaaS and CCaaS capabilities and enabling seamless customer and user experiences across voice and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for assigned areas of the iPECS cloud platform.
- Act as the product owner for a squad, ensuring alignment across UX, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional and global collaboration to deliver scalable, customer-centric platform capabilities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, shaping problems, solutions, and priorities.
- Translate customer and partner needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and a value-driven backlog.
- Work closely with UX and Engineering to deliver coherent, high-quality experiences across the full user journey.
- Drive agile execution (sprints, releases, dependency management) and make trade-off decisions to maximize impact.
- Use data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools to measure success, learn fast, and continuously improve.
Required Qualifications
- From New Grads to 12+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, or telecom.
- Strong understanding of communication platforms (UCaaS, CCaaS, or adjacent domains).
- Proven track record in building and scaling platform products, including APIs and integrations.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across regions.
- Solid technical fluency (cloud, APIs, communication technologies) and experience collaborating closely with engineering.
- Hands-on agile experience (backlog, sprints, releases) with measurable delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to introduce and scale standard PM practices and positively influence ways of working.
- High ownership, drive, and resilience, with a track record of leading through ambiguity and driving change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UCaaS / CCaaS or communication-related products.
- Experience in global B2B SaaS environments.
- Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven products.
