Scope of Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will own and accelerate some of ITRS’s most strategically important product workstreams: Financial Services (FS) electronic trading resilience and Market Data Observability. These workstreams sit at the heart of the Geneos and ITRS Analytics (IAX) product line, a monitoring and observability platform used by 90% of Tier 1 capital markets firms to ensure resilience of low-latency trading, core banking, payments, and market data infrastructure.

This is a senior, internally and externally-facing role that can bridge the gap between client and market needs with internal design and development teams. You will define the product strategy and roadmap that converts regulatory and market structure tailwinds into shippable product capabilities and measurable ARR.

You will work directly with Tier 1 banks, exchanges, and clearing houses to ground the roadmap in real customer needs, and partner closely with Engineering, UX, GTM, and Customer Success to bring it to market.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our London HQ on a hybrid working schedule. You will report to the VP, Product, Platform.

As a Senior Product Manager - Financial Services, you will:
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for FS Resilience, Trading Room Resilience, and Market Data Observability, and translate them into quarterly delivery commitments with Engineering.
  • Spend meaningful time with Tier 1 financial services customers — investment banks, exchanges, clearing houses, asset managers, and electronic trading desks — to anchor the roadmap in primary customer evidence rather than internal opinion.
  • Lead the discovery, definition, and launch of the Market Data Observability product line.
  • Partner with the Agentic AI and IAX Platform teams to bring agentic SRE capability into the FS resilience workflow, in a way that meets Tier 1 compliance and security requirements.
  • Define commercial constructs (pricing, packaging, plug-in groups) with Finance and Revenue Operations so resilience and market data capabilities convert into clean, scalable ARR.
  • Represent ITRS externally at industry events, customer councils, analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), and regulator roundtables on operational resilience.
  • Coach and raise the bar for Product Management across the FS value stream — standards of discovery, written communication, Alpha/Beta/GA discipline, and customer engagement.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software, with a clear track record of shipping data-intensive, infrastructure-class products into regulated industries.
  • Deep domain expertise in financial services technology — ideally across two or more of: capital markets front office (low-latency trading, OMS, EMS, FIX), market data infrastructure (feed handlers, ticker plants, Solarflare/kernel-bypass NICs, Corvil-style latency capture), post-trade and core banking, or financial services operational resilience and regulatory frameworks (SEBI, MAS, PRA, APRA CPS 230, DORA-adjacent regimes).
  • Strong working knowledge of the observability and monitoring landscape — metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry, alerting, dashboards, AIOps.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at the senior end of customer relationships: head of production, head of market data, head of trading technology, CISO, CTO. You can lead a customer conversation, not just attend one.
  • Excellent written communication. You can take a complex resilience or market data problem and produce a one-pager that a CTO, a regulator, and an engineer can all act on.
  • A bias for evidence over opinion: structured customer discovery, primary data, win/loss analysis, willingness to kill ideas that don’t survive contact with the customer.
  • Experience defining commercial constructs — pricing, packaging, plug-in groups, consumption vs. seat — in partnership with Finance and Sales, including for sub-$5M ARR product lines you have grown into material businesses.
  • Experience with agentic AI / LLM-assisted operations and an informed view on how it should and should not be deployed in regulated environments is a strong plus.

Benefits
  • Health Insurance and Dental Health Cover for you and your dependants
  • Enhanced Employer Pension Scheme
  • Flexible Hybrid Working
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Travel Insurance
  • Life Assurance
  • Income Protection
  • Buy and Sell Holiday
  • Training Reimbursement
