Job Description:

Dentsu is a leading global marketing agency, ranked among the top five worldwide. With over 70,000 employees across 145+ markets, we provide an array of advertising, creative, and technology services to Fortune 1000 clients.

Our mission is to Innovate the Way Brands Are Built by forging meaningful connections between businesses and people. We achieve this by harnessing the power of data, creativity and technology to continually transform how brands engage with their audiences.

Within the Digital Product team, we empower Dentsu’s clients and internal teams to win by building a suite of digital marketing tools for managing online campaigns. Our SaaS platform helps campaign managers save time and avoid mistakes by aiding in quality assurance, performance pacing and data analysis.

About The Role

To support our next phase of growth, we’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Manager to lead the evolution of the platform. You’ll oversee a suite of tools/modules within our platform, at varying levels of maturity - from established and mature features, to emerging ones approaching product-market fit, as well as early-stage experiments that test new opportunities.

Working with a high degree of autonomy and managing a Product Manager, you’ll report to the Sr Product Director and play a key role in Dentsu’s SaaS transformation. You’ll shape the platform’s vision and roadmap, guide discovery and delivery across cross-functional squads, and ensure our products deliver measurable impact for 1,500+ clients in more than 30 markets.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning and driving the platform strategy and roadmap across multiple products, effectively balancing innovation, scalability, and business value.

  • Leading discovery and validation through continuous research, data analysis, and experimentation to identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities.

  • Translating user insights into tickets by defining clear product requirements, measurable success metrics, and feasible development plans.

  • Collaborating with media teams to understand their needs and workflows, identify automation opportunities, and pitch solution ideas.

  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver user-centric, technically robust, and globally scalable solutions.

  • Engaging senior stakeholders, clients and strategic partners (including Meta, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft) to shape integrations and joint initiatives that extend the platform’s reach.

  • Line managing and supporting a Product Manager, helping them grow their ownership and execution capability.

  • Driving adoption and collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams, ensuring features translate into tangible user value and measurable business value.

  • Championing the platform vision and progress across Dentsu, by aligning leadership and global markets around the platform’s evolution and impact.

About You

You’re a product specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology -  equally comfortable shaping strategy, diving into data, and collaborating with engineers to ship impactful products. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ~5 years’ experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, data, or martech environments.

  • Full lifecycle ownership experience across discovery, delivery, and iteration.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and media workflows.

  • Strong user empathy and the ability to translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable decisions.

  • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) using agile methodologies.

  • Technical and analytical fluency, ideally comfortably using SQL, APIs, and analytical tools.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of aligning stakeholders and guiding decisions.

  • A growth mindset and curiosity for the future of digital advertising, data quality, and automation.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience managing campaigns on ad platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, DV360 or Amazon DSP.

  • Exposure to AI-driven automation, analytics, or data quality products.

Working at Dentsu

  • You’ll have a competitive salary, private health insurance, holiday & wellness days off, corporate discounts and career development through Dentsu University.

  • You’ll have a hybrid working schedule with some flexibility on start/end hours, and option to work from home 3 days per week, with 2 days per week in our modern office on Triton St, London.

  • We’re a friendly bunch! You’ll be working with a mix of product managers, developers and marketing professionals - a perfect environment to sharpen your product skills. We host regular team socials, company-wide workshops, and allocate time for self-development every Friday.

  • We’re an ambitious and fast-growing team, so beside the mentioned responsibilities, you'll have the chance to contribute to the wider product strategy, marketing, and best practices.
