Success in this role means delivering measurable value for our operational users and the wider business, while maintaining high technical and delivery standards.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of at least one day per week in our London office, alongside regular engagement with operational sites as required, and on average once per fortnight.

  • Identify and validate high-impact user problems through research, stakeholder insight and data analysis
  • Prioritise initiatives using structured frameworks, balancing customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Lead delivery to ensure solutions are launched on time, within scope and ready for operational adoption
  • Set success metrics, track performance and use insights to iterate and inform future decisions
  • Act as the accountable product lead for the domain, aligning stakeholders and guiding evidence-based decision-making

Who You Are

  • You demonstrate strong product thinking and can clearly frame complex problems across technical and operational audiences
  • You are confident working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at different levels
  • You are analytical and comfortable translating data into practical insights and recommendations
  • You understand how to deliver technology change into live operational environments with minimal disruption
  • You bring clarity and structure to ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities effectively
  • You communicate trade-offs clearly and make decisions grounded in impact and evidence
