At Person Centred Software, we build technology that genuinely improves care outcomes. As Product Manager for Atlas eMAR, our medication management system, you’ll take ownership of discovery, design and delivery for the Atlas Care Home squad. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments, takes accountability for outcomes, and is motivated by making a real difference to medication safety in care homes.
What you’ll do:
  • Own the product vision for the Atlas Home squad, translating strategy, market insight and commercial goals into a clear, actionable roadmap
  • Set priorities and manage a well-structured backlog, balancing delivery speed with medication safety, regulatory compliance and user value
  • Lead product discovery through structured interviews, user research and data analysis to deeply understand care home workflows and challenges
  • Define product requirements and success metrics aligned to frontline care needs, regulatory standards and business objectives, ensuring full traceability across the development lifecycle
  • Monitor competitors and wider medication management trends to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and positioning
  • Partner closely with Engineering to shape solutions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across UX, data, risk, compliance, sales and implementation, supporting feature definition, launches and communications
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities including training, support readiness and customer communications, and track performance through safety, engagement and efficiency metrics
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with your squad, product leadership and stakeholders, turning complex inputs into compelling, shared understanding
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology or other highly regulated environments
  • Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to launch and optimisation
  • Hands-on experience working in cross-functional agile squads, with close collaboration alongside engineering teams
  • Practical experience in user research and product design, including working with wireframes, prototypes or design partners
  • Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate trade-offs between scope, time, safety, compliance and user value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for varied audiences
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, creating clarity and direction for others
  • A relevant qualification in Product Management, Engineering or a technical discipline, and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Even better if you have:
  • Experience building products for healthcare, social care or clinical settings
  • Knowledge of the health and social care regulatory landscape (e.g. CQC, NICE, clinical safety standards)
  • Understanding of medication management workflows, pharmacy systems or controlled drugs regulations
What We Offer:
  • A base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 and bonus depending on experience
  • Modern town centre offices in Guildford, with opportunity for ad hoc home working
  • 25 days holiday, increasing with service
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Additional perks including; cycle to work scheme, staff discounts portal and Employee Assistance Programme
