About the role
Olive Jar Digital is looking for a Product Manager to lead the definition, direction, and evolution of several AI-driven initiatives through Discovery and Alpha. You will shape clear problem definitions, establish success metrics, guide prototyping efforts, and ensure that each initiative delivers validated user and business value.
Working alongside delivery, engineering, design, data and research teams, you will act as the central point for product strategy and decision-making, ensuring that the work is grounded in user needs, technical feasibility, and measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Refine and validate problem statements, success metrics, and value baselines across multiple initiatives.
  • Define product vision, objectives, and measurable outcomes for Discovery and Alpha phases.
  • Work with delivery, engineering, research, and design teams to prioritise backlogs and ensure clarity of scope.
  • Translate insights, user needs, technical constraints, and organisational goals into actionable product decisions.
  • Support prototyping activities, ensuring concepts align with user needs, feasibility, and strategic intent.
  • Review findings from user research, testing, and evaluations to guide iteration and next-stage recommendations.
  • Contribute to final assessment reports, including options appraisal and readiness recommendations.

About You
  • Experience as a Product Manager working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong ability to shape problem statements, define metrics, and manage product direction. Comfortable working with data, technical teams, and research findings to inform decisions.
  • Skilled in backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning, and translating strategy into delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities.
