- Develop and execute our strategy and roadmap that aligns with our OKRs and drive Customer and Associate value.
Drive a data-informed approach to personalization by working closely with data scientists and analytics to identify key metrics.
Continuously test and optimize recommendation models to improve engagement, conversion rates, and satisfaction, using A/B testing, DiD testing, etc.
Leverage data insights to inform product decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, analytics, and engineering, to develop product initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Evaluate business cases and translate business and customer requirements into product roadmaps, machine learning models, engineering specifications, and underlying system dependencies.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, and ensure alignment on product priorities and goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to personalization and item recommendations and ensure our product strategy remains competitive.
