Job Description

  • Help shape the future: Regional product specific turnover and consolidated margin, successful launch of new products, effective lifecycle management and collaboration with other departments (e.g Technical, Workshop, Sales) in order to develop business
  • Take responsibility: responsible for product Strategy Alignment with Headquarters (BU), regional implementation of product strategy and pricing, developing and executing regional launch of new products / product programs (e.g. midterm turnover plan, launch activities, representing the Product Segment in the Sub-region, lifecycle continuous monitoring and reporting on competitors’ activities 

Qualifications

  • Personality: High customer and result orientation, self-motivation and resilience, high degree of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, structured and self-organized way of working, strong communication & presentations skills and the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization, readiness to travel
  • Experience and Knowledge: Several years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket, , experience of managing technically complex automotive products is desirable, very good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels plus the behavior and priorities of independent workshops, well experienced in both MS Office and SAP systems. Strong analytical skills to analyze data in order to develop actions plans and or recommendations.
  • Qualifications: High degree of technical understanding, ability to manipulate and analyse data quickly and accurately
  • Languages: Proficient in Italian (Mandatory) and English (written and spoken).
  • Education: Degree in business administration or engineering studies desirable
