Product Manager Furniture, B&W (m/w/d)

We count on you for these tasks:

Strategic alignment of product portfolio: recognizes growth opportunities and efficiency potentials, designs a medium to long-term portfolio strategy for your defined product portfolio - in line with the production and supply chain strategies - and coordinates this with the product field leader.

Project management: Develop, coordinate, and implement new product projects (gate process) including ensuring requirements for the market launch of new or further developed products, in particular with regard to quality, costs and timing. Determining the price positioning. Be responsible for project presentation and regular updates for senior management teams.   

Active portfolio management: Active management of products and services over the entire product life cycle. This includes regular analysis of the portfolio and the associated lifecycle management.  Together with marketing communications and Sales teams, explores new ways to increase product performance through marketing innovations and promotional measures.

Recognize potential and growth opportunities: Conducting and evaluating internal and external market analyses and observations (competitive analysis) as well as recognizing innovation potential in order to define effective measures to optimize sales, turnover, contribution margin.

Coaching/developing corporate juniors and trainees.

What we expect:

  • Education: Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable (at least Bachelor).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in one of the areas of construction, housing, retail, and experience with key industry stakeholders (including installers, architects,...)
  • Analysis & passion: digital oriented, strong analytical competence, and passionate for new, creative ideas.
  • Proactive team player, strong communicator, flexible and goals & opportunity driven.
  • You speak German? Good! And English? Great! 😊
