Commitment: 5 Days In-Person

We're looking for someone who can turn a deep understanding of customer work into product decisions that make Endex more useful.

As a Product Manager at Endex, you'll own an assigned product area from discovery through delivery and iteration. You'll work directly with users, design and engineering to prioritize problems and ship capabilities people rely on.

  • Set the Product Direction: Prioritize workflows and capabilities with clear trade-offs, success measures and a feasible scope.

  • Shape the Solution: Work with design and engineering on a clear, feasible scope.

  • Measure Agent Quality: Work with engineering on evaluations for correctness, task completion, latency and user trust, then use the results to guide iteration.

  • Connect the Team: Keep customer-facing teams informed about capabilities and decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Product Experience: You've helped ship software and can explain the decisions behind it.

  • Customer Judgment: You distinguish an underlying need from a requested feature.

  • Technical Fluency: You reason about engineering constraints and implementation trade-offs.

  • Clear Writing: You make problems and decisions understandable to the team.

  • Hands-On Product Judgment: You can prototype an idea, evaluate an AI workflow and explain why one problem deserves attention before another.
