Techary redefines the way customers procure, implement, and support their organisations' technology, providing an innovative alternative to the traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Value-Added Reseller (VAR) approach.

Our concept, “Technology, done differently”, embodies our belief that the way our customers consume and utilize technology should innovate at the same pace as the technology itself.

Our customers range from small start-ups to global enterprises. From designing, deploying and managing infrastructure stacks within low-latency financial trading environments, to relocating the headquarters of a global fintech firm, our operations span multiple markets, industries and geographies.

Techary have helped customers scale their operations globally, gain an advantage in financial markets, enabled mission-critical projects and, most importantly, implemented technology that delivers alpha-accelerating business transformation.

 The Role

LaunchPad is Techary’s own procurement and IT operations platform. It gives our customers a single place to buy, track, deploy and manage their technology, backed by our global procurement and logistics capability. It’s a production tool across customers globally, and is a core differentiator for Techary in the market.

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to own LaunchPad end to end: to take it from a strong foundation of a value-add from Techary to a genuine product in its own right. We have strong growth plans for the product and want to place LaunchPad in the centre of growth for the business. This role combines product ownership, product management and delivery management, and reports to the CTO.

To own LaunchPad end-to-end as a product, managing the roadmap, working closely with the development team to deliver day-to-day, and taking it from a strong Techary value-add to a genuine product in its own right that sits at the centre of business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Development

  • Own the LaunchPad product roadmap, aligning priorities across development, operations, sales and our wider business teams
  • Act as the primary product contact for senior stakeholders, translating leaderships concepts and market challenges into a clear product direction
  • Work closely with development teams to define, sequence and prioritise development requests against platform scalability and reliability
  • Lead product discovery for new LaunchPad capabilities, including AI-assisted procurement, asset lifecycle automation, and live integrations with other products
  • Define and track success metrics such as portal adoption, quote to order conversion, time saved, data quality, reporting progress to leadership
  • Manage the trade-off between bespoke customer requirements and building a multi-tenant, scalable solution for all customers
  • Own the integration of LaunchPad with other business core systems and customer external integration systems
  • Support the leadership team in scoping and shaping new engagements
  • Ensure LaunchPad meets the security, data protection and governance standards that Techary maintain internally
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to position LaunchPad as a key solution to lead with when engaging our ICP target prospects

Essential Skills:
  • A proven track record as a product manager delivering business-critical applications, or experience in B2B SaaS platforms
  • Technical fluency to challenge and collaborate with developers and engineers and to understand systems being built
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to flex confidently between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build and prioritise a roadmap that balances multi customer demands on a multi-tenant platform
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills - able to work across sales, technical, and leadership teams
  • Comfortable operating with real autonomy in a fast-scaling environment
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset that fits Techary’s culture of agility and execution.

What we’d also value

  • Experience in IT procurement, asset management, ITSM, or supply chain software
  • Experience working with regulated customers
  • Exposure to AI features in production products, particularly where they support search, data enrichment or decision-making
  • Experience in multi-entity or internal business environments with varied compliance, tax and regulatory requirements

Why Join Techary?
  • Impact from day one. LaunchPad is in production today with real customers, this isn’t a concept – is a validated system that we want to be a catalyst for our continued growth.
  • We’re fast moving – we have grown organically and been ranked for two consecutive years in the Sunday Times 100 fastest growing companies.
  • You will work across the whole business, our systems and developments are used across all teams
  • Genuine ownership of the product that is central to our strategy
  • A high-performing team will surround you and empower you to thrive
