At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in our User Management (Revenue & Enablement) team in London. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Product Manager you'll own the systems that make GWI's subscription and consumption business run, such as billing, metering, user plans, feature access, product analytics and user messaging. It's the layer everything else sits on. Get it right and GWI can price, package and sell in new ways.

Two big pieces of work sit at the heart of this role. The first is billing for our consumption products, which is an area we're actively developing, and one you'll help shape. The second is making our internal tools talk to each other properly, so user data flows consistently between them and Salesforce, and everyone across the business is working from the same picture. Most of your stakeholders are internal - Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence, Client Success and Engineering - with some direct client contact along the way. You'll lead one squad of front-end and back-end engineers and a designer, alongside the PM and Engineers in our sister squad, Identity & Access - together you cover the whole of User Management.

A few things you’ll be responsible for:

👉 Connecting our internal user management tools with Salesforce and each other, so data flows consistently and user information is mapped the same way everywhere

👉 Billing for our consumption products - metering, API usage, payment flows and user plans

👉 Customer feature flags, access and management - who can see what, and why

👉 Product analytics - event firing, sign-up flow data, usage data - so the business can see what's happening and act on it

👉 Building the roadmap from client feedback, internal stakeholder input and usage analytics, and prioritising the most valuable work

👉 Scoping the work and owning how your squad delivers it
It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

👉 You've shipped products at a B2B company

👉 You've built complex roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies, and you can balance multiple priorities without losing the plot

👉 You make informed decisions at pace, even when the picture isn't complete

👉 You're a strong problem solver, negotiator and influencer — you get alignment without needing authority

👉 You explain complex things clearly to very different audiences: execs, engineers, customers

👉 You ask questions and draw knowledge out of your team to find the right engineering and design solutions

👉 You make informed decisions at pace, even when the picture isn't complete, and you're happy taking a big initiative and running with it

👉 Bonus points if you've worked with Salesforce before, or with tools that need to sync data between systems and internal user management systems.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

Why Join Us

👉 You'll work on how GWI packages its consumption products - commercial problems with real weight behind them

👉 Your squad owns infrastructure the whole company depends on, so the work gets noticed

👉 You'll build relationships across the business, from Finance to Engineering to the Exec team

👉 You'll learn from a senior PM who knows this space, with room to run your own squad your way
