Job Description

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading your squad to execute the product strategies and plans, aligned to our OKRs. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise work, problem solve, and ultimately provide our players with outstanding experiences.

You bring a deep understanding of user’s needs, adept at identifying opportunities, refining your roadmap and collaborating across design, engineering and data.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the Gaming Product team, who focus on building a seamless end-to-end customer experience, and enabling our Marketing capability across both internal and third party technologies.

What you will do

  • Act as primary lead for the product, partner with engineering and design to deliver a world-class product, ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
  • Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies.
  • Establish and drive a culture of customer closeness, constantly evaluating insight, taking an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and formal product documentation, including clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Drive product metrics that demonstrate impact for our customers and our business.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders from various departments, including marketing, compliance, commercial and legal, to ensure requirements are considered, challenged and evaluated.

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of poker either from a previous role or a consumer.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market.
  • Experience leading squads in a fast-paced consumer facing environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies. 
  • Adept at user-story writing, translating data and insights, to build great products.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
