The Product Manager is responsible for managing roadmaps for MRI AI products and for the delivery and continuous improvement of these products, working under the guidance of the Director of Product Management for MRI AI. The responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements with internal stakeholders, contributing to the product releases and successful launches. The Product Manager will sit at the center of a cross-functional device team spanning software engineering, machine learning, clinical, QARA and technical delivery, and will keep that team clear on what we are building and, above all, why. The Product Manager will maintain the roadmap for these products, translate clinical and customer needs into requirements the team can act on, and help move releases from concept through development to launch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Act as the product point of contact for one or more MRI AI devices, supporting the day-to-day work of a cross-functional team.

·       Work closely with the Technical Delivery Managers to keep scope, sequencing and delivery expectations aligned.

·       Take part in agile development activities: refinement, design reviews, workshops and stakeholder demonstrations.

·       Unblock the team by chasing down answers to open clinical, product or workflow questions.

·       Articulate the problem before the solution. For every significant piece of work, be able to explain in plain language who it is for, what they are struggling with today, and what changes for them when we ship.

·       Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification.

·       Keep stakeholders informed across the company, tailoring the message to the audience.

·       Represent the user in the room. Provide customer use cases, clinical and operational context and high-level specifications, and participate in design work, so that decisions are grounded in real user workflows.

·       Maintain the roadmap for the products.

·       Contribute to release planning and launch, working with marketing and commercial on the end-to-end launch of DeepHealth products.

·       Become an expert on the competition and the market, and share what has been learned with the team.

·       Learn the regulatory context. Understand how EU MDR and FDA requirements shape what we can build and claim, and work with QARA colleagues.
